The much anticipated Reno Bites Week runs October 12-18th.  This is the fourth year for the event and something that is not to be missed.

Dozens of local restaurants and chefs are participating in this year's event.  Many are offering specials, discounts and special events.

Reno has one of the most underrated food scenes for a small market.  If you haven't been out to see all of the new offerings in the last few years, this is a great opportunity.

You can find something for all tastes, ages and price points.  There are offerings from Campo, Granite Street Eatery, Twisted Fork, Sodo and more. Find a list of all participating restaurants and their specials here.

There is a long list of special events this year.  Here are few for you to enjoy:

On Thursday, October 15th, you will find the Biggest Little Tasting Party at The Depot. The Depot Craft Brewery Distillery is located in a lovely restored 1910 railroad station.  They will be serving a small plates and spirits tasting.

A great event that is sure to be a hit is on Saturday, October 17th at Czyz's Appliance.  Czyz's will be hosting a top local chef competition.  There will be secret ingredients, judges and more. It sounds like a great time.

On Sunday, October 18th, The Museum Brunch and Bloody Mary Competition will be held at Chez Louie at the Nevada Museum of Art.  Free flights of Bloody Marys..Chez Louie's Music Brunch and a tour of the Nevada Museum of Art - a perfect Sunday combination.
