Once upon a time there was a little girl who loved to hang out in the kitchen with her Grandmother and her G.G.  I have fond memories of their homemade aprons, their soft hands...kneading bread and crimping pie crust and me with my blonde curls kneeling on the step stool and watching and watching and learning.

Today, that same little girl is married to Prince Charming - aka the Sexy Mexican, a busy Real Estate professional, a passionate cook and lover of all things wine and tequila, AND...a travel addict.  I'm also a G.G. - Grandma Gil to the cutest Little Bird in the world...Princess Arielle.  

With the encouragement of my kids and my friends I have succumbed to the pressure and am now...a Blogger!  I want to thank my daughter in law Jean of WhatJeanLikes.com for the incredible work that she has done on this site.  Mmuuwwaah!  For years, people have asked for recipes, Real Estate advice and travel info. Well..here it is!
